Jonathan S. Jonathan S. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences & Technology - Applications and Integration option from Penn State University in 2010. Jonathan S. then attended the Ft Gordon Signals School to obtain a 25U in 2003. In 2016, they completed the CIO Institute Executive Education Program at Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy. Most recently, they earned a Master's degree in Technology Management from Georgetown University in 2020.
