Kevin Desrosiers

Kevin Desrosiers is a seasoned business consultant currently with The ProAction Group since February 2023 and an author, speaker, and coach for Bridge Over Adversity since December 2019, where the work focuses on stories of overcoming personal challenges. With extensive experience at Monsanto from April 2013 to April 2018 as Systems Reliability Team Lead, Kevin established maintenance programs to enhance safety, quality, and reliability while reducing costs. Kevin's long tenure at Anheuser-Busch, from June 1980 to April 2013, included various roles such as Manager Maintenance Process Improvement and Senior Plant Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing production and maintenance in multiple breweries, developing budgets, and implementing standardized maintenance practices. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
