Afterwards, Sarah joined Sweet and Savory Bake Shop as a Customer Service representative from 2014 to 2017. Sarah then transitioned to Nagel Paper as a Purchasing Assistant/Special Projects role from 2017 to 2018. During this time, they gained experience in procurement and project management.

In 2018, Sarah joined The Productivity Team as a Staffing Coordinator, where they played a vital role in coordinating staffing activities. Sarah then advanced to a Human Resources Generalist position from 2019 to 2020, where their responsibilities expanded to include various HR functions. Most recently, they became a Human Resources Manager at the same company in December 2020, demonstrating career growth and leadership in the HR field.

Outside of their work at The Productivity Team, Sarah also served in a board member role at Michigan International Prep School. From June 2019 to January 2020, they were a Member of the Board of Trustees, and from January to July 2021, they served as the Secretary of the Member Board of Trustees.
