Dave Klier

Dave Klier has a wealth of work experience in various roles within the professional grounds and horticultural industry. Dave started their career at Chemlawn Services in 1985 as a Branch Manager in Wilmington, DE. In 1991, they moved to Torre & Bruglio where they served as the Director of Horticultural Services until 1999. During this time, they developed strong leadership skills and expertise in the field. In 1999, Klier co-founded Professional Grounds Services, LLC and served as the President, leading the organization to become a $10,000,000 company within 10 years. Dave successfully led the team through the sale of the business to Belfor in July 2009. After the sale, Klier joined The Professional Group as the General Manager at TPG (Professional Grounds Services). In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer, where they continue to excel in their field. Overall, Klier's work experience showcases their dedication, leadership abilities, and growth within the industry.

Dave Klier attended Oakand Community College from 1983 to 1984, where they took horticulture specific courses. Dave did not obtain a degree during this time. In terms of additional certifications, Dave obtained the Hub Spot Sales Software Certified certification from HubSpot Academy in November 2020. In December 2018, they obtained the Michigan Certified Pesticide Applicator certification from the State of Michigan.
