Liz Knox is a versatile professional with a background in sports, firefighting, and construction. Currently serving as Secretary for the Professional Women's Hockey League Players Association since July 2023, Knox is also a podcaster for the "Knoxy & Kax Show" since January 2022. Knox's experience includes being a firefighter for the Town of Oakville, a goalie coach at the University of Toronto, and Director of Goaltender Development for the Oakville Hornets Girls Hockey Association. Knox has a robust history as a professional player and Co-Chair of the CWHLPA, alongside earlier athletic roles with Hockey Canada. We strive to raise the standards of the player experience so that all players may pursue a long-lasting, sustainable, and fulfilling career as a professional hockey player. We are the labor union that serves as the exclusive bargaining representative of all PWHL players. Our union is Player-centered, Player-led, and organized by and for Players.
