The Professional Women's Hockey League Players Association (PWHLPA) supports and advocates for the players of the PWHL. We strive to raise the standards of the player experience so that all players may pursue a long-lasting, sustainable, and fulfilling career as a professional hockey player. We are the labor union that serves as the exclusive bargaining representative of all PWHL players. Our union is Player-centered, Player-led, and organized by and for Players.
