The Progress Group
The Progress Group is on a mission, to change lives through the power of education and training. But how do you achieve this we hear you ask? Well, through the incredible group of talented colleagues we have working for us. We are committed to investing in them just as much as they invest in our learners and customers, and this positive working culture was recognised when we were named a Times 100 Best Places to Work. Each of our training and education business has a clear mission; to innovate, influence and inspire others through high quality and purposeful education and training. Collectively, we work with tens of thousands of individuals aged 13+ across our alternative provision schools, independent careers guidance and adult education provision which spans the children’s and adults social care, education and visitor economy sectors to name just a few. We are an award winning organisation with a huge social heart and are immensely proud of our incredible social impact which is analysed and audited on a regular basis.
