The Project Academy enables individuals, teams and organisations to improve their capability to deliver projects, programmes and portfolios successfully.

Our team's expertise supports our clients in resolving three crucial elements for driving improved project performance :
Defining the capability needed within a project community
Assessing the capability within a project community
Providing targeted development to close the gap between current and future capabilities

In doing this, the aim of the Academy is to mitigate an organisation's corporate risk around poor project delivery and to ensure it has the right people with the right skills working on the right projects.

We have the foremost expertise in the Association for Project Management's chartered-equivalent professional standard. With a comprehensive understanding of APM standards, we are able to ensure organisations are aligned to current international best practice.

Our practical leading-edge on-line Academy Toolkit enables enhanced management of a pool of project management talent. The Toolkit hosts technical and behavioural skills frameworks, role profiling and assessment. This enables organisations to improve the planning of training and development, with greater certainty that budgets are targeted on activities that will provide the greatest benefit.
