Declan Ryan

Declan Ryan has a diverse range of work experience in project management roles. Declan served as the Managing Director at The Project Foundry, leading a team of project and programme managers to deliver projects successfully. Prior to that, they were the Head of Project Delivery at Qualcom, where they transformed and enhanced IT infrastructure services for customers. Declan also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Lloyds Banking Group and as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Technical Consultant at Ergo, a Dublin-based ICT services company. At Ergo, they managed all aspects of project delivery, developed business cases, and managed client relationships. Overall, Declan has demonstrated a strong ability to execute projects effectively and deliver positive outcomes.

Declan Ryan completed their education in a chronological order. Declan started by obtaining a Higher National Certificate in Computer Science from Technological University Dublin in 2006, followed by a Diploma in Project Management from Dublin Business School in 2008. In 2009, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from the same institution. Later, they enrolled at The Open University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in IT Management in 2016.
