Chris Farris

Chris Farris has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Property Manager at The Property Group of CT since February 2019. In addition, Chris has been the Owner Principal Instructor at the Appraisal and Real Estate School of Connecticut since July 2004, responsible for teaching Real Estate Pre-Licensing and Appraisal Courses. Previous roles include Real Estate Sales at Higgins Group - Norwalk from July 2012 to February 2019 and Sales and Director of Career Development at Century 21 Connect from October 2004 to June 2012. Earlier career experience includes working as a Reinsurance Broker at Aon from 2001 to 2004 and an Account Representative at Gen Re from 1994 to 2001. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University and graduated from Stamford Catholic High School in 1982.
