Eric Schmalzbauer

Eric Schmalzbauer began their work experience in 2003 as a Market Specialist at Thomson Reuters in the investment banking sector. Eric then moved on to roles at Tradeweb, where they served as a Vice President of Product Management, and Benchmark Solutions, where they worked as a Director of Product Management. In 2013, they joined Pivotal Labs as a Business Development professional focused on financial services. Eric later transitioned to the role of Strategic Account Executive at Pivotal Software, Inc., where they worked until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Eric served as the Chief Product Officer at DrumG Technologies. In 2020, they joined SIX Digital Exchange as the Head of US Clients & Product. Following this, they worked as the Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at Artium from 2021 to 2022. Eric's most recent position is as the CEO and co-founder of The Prospective Company, starting in 2022. In 2021, they also held a role as a Venture Partner at REFASHIOND Ventures.

Eric Schmalzbauer holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance & Investments and Global Business from the NYU Stern School of Business. Prior to their MBA, Schmalzbauer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Management & Technology from Syracuse University.
