Ap de Haan has been in the biotech industry since 2014, when they started as a Fermentation technician at BioscienZ. In 2019, they became the COO of The Protein Brewery. Prior to that, they held the role of Operational Manager Biotechnology at BioscienZ.
Ap de Haan obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Biologie & Medisch Laboratorium Onderzoek from Avans University of Applied Sciences between 2008 and 2014.
