Jos Reijngoud is a scientist specializing in industrial biotechnology, currently employed at The Protein Brewery since January 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Analyst at BioscienZ and the Institute of Biology Leiden, and an internship at TNO focusing on synthetic biology for organic acid production in Aspergillus niger. Early internships at Leiden University involved studying nitrogen starvation responses in Aspergillus niger using 5L bioreactors. Jos Reijngoud holds a Master’s Degree in Microbial Biotechnology and Health from Leiden University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Utrecht University.
