Lisan B.

Lisan B. is a versatile musician and scientist with a diverse background in both performance and research. Currently serving as a guitarist and piano player for the duo TrueStory since November 2022, Lisan collaborates with vocalist Marilise to convey narratives through music. As a fermentation process engineer and brewing scientist at The Protein Brewery since September 2020, Lisan applies expertise gained from previous research internships at Technische Universiteit Delft, focusing on industrial microbiology and energy physiology in yeast. Lisan's academic credentials include two Master's degrees in Life Science & Technology and Science Education, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Life Science & Technology from Delft University of Technology. Additionally, experience includes teaching chemistry at various institutions and working as a laboratory assistant in phytopathology.
