Mike Sapanaro

Mike Sapanaro is currently the Lead Technical Recruiter at The Provato Group. Mike has over four years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on healthcare and home healthcare professionals. Prior to joining The Provato Group, Mike was a Healthcare Recruiter with Maxim Healthcare Services from September 2015 to August 2019. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill potential and existing cases, as well as interviewing candidates and managing a schedule of over 130 external employees. Mike has also worked as a Physical Education Teacher with the Cleveland Metropolitan School District from August 2014 to June 2015, and as a Server at Mitchell's Fish Market- Woodmere from March 2014 to September 2014. In their previous role as Client Relations at Society lounge, they were responsible for build relationships with clients and assisting them with questions, concerns and call-offs. Mike has proven himself to be a reliable and dedicated professional, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Mike Sapanaro has a B.A. in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from John Carroll University and an endorsement in health from Cleveland State University. Mike is certified by the Ohio Department of Education in Teaching License/ Multi-Age (P-12) Physical and Health Education.
