Benjamin Isaiah, MSM has a comprehensive work experience in operations, compliance, and quality improvement. Benjamin started with CharterCARE Health Partners in July 2013 as the System Manager of Quality/Performance Improvement. After three years, they joined The Providence Center in September 2016 as the Manager of Quality/Compliance. Benjamin progressively advanced within the organization and held roles such as Associate Director, Director of Compliance & Quality Improvement, and finally, Senior Director of Operations. Benjamin's dedication and expertise led to their promotion to Vice President of Operations in June 2021, and further advancement to their current role as the Chief Operating Officer in May 2022.

Benjamin Isaiah, MSM obtained their Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Stonehill College, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In 2015, they went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Southern New Hampshire University, successfully completing their studies in 2017.
