Michelle Valentino is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in sales, leasing, and property management. Since April 2014, Michelle has served as the Community Sales Manager at The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Regional Property Manager at Condominium Concepts Management from 2009 to August 2014, and held various positions including Broker at Valentino & Associates, LLC, and Managing Partner & Broker at Ryan Properties, LLC. Michelle has successfully managed significant sales and leasing projects, including a 100% lease-up of 150,000 square feet and overseeing 1,000,000+ square feet of diverse spaces. Michelle’s career began in 1987 as a Property Manager at Capital Realty Group, leading to a foundation in real estate sales with a degree from Georgia State University, complemented by notable achievements in sales performance and team management.
