Elizabeth Brooks

Elizabeth Brooks, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Data Analytics at The Providencia Group, a position held since December 2022. Simultaneously, Elizabeth has been the Director of Data and Evaluation at the Colorado Department of Human Services - Community Behavioral Health since January 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing data and evaluation initiatives and leading data collection system development. Prior to these roles, Elizabeth was an Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus - Colorado School of Public Health from March 2004 to August 2019. Elizabeth holds a Ph.D. in Health Services Research from the University of Colorado Anschutz and a Master's degree in Psychology with a clinical emphasis from Emporia State University.
