Bob Zupanek

Bob Zupanek has extensive work experience in operational management and leadership roles. Bob spent 18 years with The PT Services Group, where they held the positions of Vice President, Operations and President. In these roles, they oversaw the day-to-day operations, executed overall excellence strategies, managed productivity and efficiency, and guided the growth of the company's culture. Prior to that, they worked at PNC Bank as an Outbound Sales Manager, where they were responsible for managing the Outbound Sales Division, developing compensation plans, implementing process efficiencies, and overseeing third-party call center relationships.

Bob Zupanek graduated from Waynesburg University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commercial Arts and Media Studies. In 2023, they obtained several certifications, including "Career Essentials in Generative AI" from Microsoft and LinkedIn, "Ethics in the Age of Generative AI" from LinkedIn, "Generative AI: The Evolution of Thoughtful Online Search" from LinkedIn, "Introduction to Artificial Intelligence" from LinkedIn, "Streamlining Your Work with Microsoft Bing Chat" from LinkedIn, and "What Is Generative AI?" from LinkedIn.
