Pamela Dyson currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) since December 2023. Dyson is a member of Black Women On Boards, an organization committed to addressing obstacles faced by Black female executives in achieving board membership, and is also associated with Chief, a private network for women in executive leadership. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from October 2018 to December 2023, and holding several key positions at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, including Chief Information Officer and Deputy Chief Information Officer, from 2010 to 2018. Earlier roles include Deputy Chief Information Officer and Director of Information Technology at the U.S. International Trade Commission. Dyson holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Maryland.
