Krista Gambacorta

Krista Gambacorta has over 15 years of experience in operations, project management, human resources, and recruitment. From 2016 to present, they have served as Vice President of Operations and Operations Director for The Publisher Desk, where they have worked with a large news publisher in London to move from their current CMS to WordPress, managed a network suite of 65 plus publishers, qualified 3rd party vendors for implementation of JIRA Service Desk, managed an intern program, and managed a team of five developers. As Senior Program Manager, they have also worked on digital project management, task priority between developers, account managers, traffickers and reporting analysts, created new department processes and documentation, maintained timelines for projects and client onboarding, and implemented JIRA and Confluence.

From 2007 to 2016, Krista worked at Fox News Channel as Lead Digital Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, and Senior Recruiter. As Senior Recruiter, they were responsible for full life cycle recruitment across Fox Digital, Sales and Broadcast positions, hired over 300 Employees for Fox Business Network in a span of 3 months, identified new HR/Recruitment trends and techniques, leveraged non-traditional sourcing methods, and managed the internship program.

Prior to Fox News Channel, Krista worked at Accountants Inc. from 2005 to 2007 as a Staffing Manager.
