Janelle Zini currently serves as Chief Operational Officer at The Pulpo Group, a role held since June 2014, where responsibilities have included positions such as Chief of Staff, Team Development Director, and General Manager of Aventura Restaurant. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Assistant at Synod Community Services, where tasks involved supporting a group home for at-risk older adults, advocating for consumer access to services, and conducting housing inspections. Janelle co-founded the Washtenaw ID Project, focusing on community outreach and project organization, which included fundraising initiatives and social media management. Academic qualifications include a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor in Social Work from Grand Valley State University.
