Odinaka Anudu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2003, Anudu worked at Kempeter's Institute as the Head of Studies and Corporate Affairs Director. From 2007 to 2008, Anudu served as an Administrative Assistant at Delta State Polytechnic Ogwashi-uku. Anudu then joined Bethel College of Arts, Business, and Management Studies as a Coordinator from 2008 to 2010. Moving into journalism, Anudu worked as the Bureau Chief and Political Editor at Nigerian OrientNews from 2010 to 2013. Anudu then joined BusinessDay Media Ltd in 2013 as a Senior Editorial Analyst, overseeing coverage of the manufacturing sector and SMEs. Anudu also covered developments in the mining industry during this time. From 2020 to the present, Anudu held the role of Assistant Editor and Head of Industry & Investigations at BusinessDay Media Limited, with a focus on exposing corruption and uncovering untold stories. Anudu also served as the Deputy Editor at the International Centre for Investigative Reporting from February to March 2022. In 2021, Anudu worked as an Editor (News) at the International Centre for Investigative Reporting. Currently, Anudu holds the position of Assistant Business Editor and Head of Abuja Business Desk at Punch Newspapers as of April 2022.

Odinaka Anudu pursued a Master of Science (Msc) degree in Finance and Investment Management at The University of Salford from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2006, Odinaka Anudu completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy at Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
