Whitney Norman has over 16 years of work experience in various organizations. Whitney is currently the Vice President of Client Solutions at Pursuant, a position they have held since January 2021. In this role, they focus on building long-term donor relationships and using data to drive fundraising strategies. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Client Solutions at Pursuant from October 2017 to January 2021.
Before joining Pursuant, Whitney worked at March of Dimes, where they held multiple roles. From February 2012 to October 2017, they were the Regional Director of Philanthropy, Major Gifts, supporting Chapters in securing major gifts for the Campaign to End Premature Birth. Whitney also served as the Sr. Development Manager from February 2013 to July 2014, responsible for coordinating fundraising events and volunteer recruitment.
Whitney's earlier experiences include roles at San Mateo County Medical Association, Salt Lake Home Builders Association, and Utah Cancer Specialists. At the San Mateo County Medical Association, they held the positions of Membership, Development & Programs Director and Director of San Mateo Hep B Free Campaign from April 2011 to March 2013. At Salt Lake Home Builders Association, they served as the Director of Membership Services & Events Coordinator from September 2008 to May 2011. At Utah Cancer Specialists, they were the Program Coordinator & Grant Writer for the Utah Cancer Foundation from July 2005 to August 2008 and the Executive Assistant to the Director of Clinical Research from May 2005 to May 2006.
Whitney Norman attended the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Business Management.
