Justin Lawrence

Justin Lawrence is a seasoned Technical Project Manager currently at Q2IMPACT since August 2025, following an extensive career that includes significant roles at Resonance from November 2018 to August 2025 as Senior Associate and MEL Manager. With a strong focus on monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), Justin provided expertise to various organizations including USAID and the Gates Foundation, overseeing multiple task orders and serving as Acting Chief of Party for MEL Platforms. Prior positions include Interim Chief of Party and Assessing and Learning Portfolio Manager at QED Group, LLC, where management of the Feed The Future Knowledge Driven Agricultural Development Project was a key responsibility. Justin's early career involved research and community development roles, complemented by a Master's degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from Kalamazoo College.
