Santhosh Govinthan

Santhosh Govinthan began their work experience in 2012 as a Customer Support Engineer at HCL Services Ltd. In this role, they handled optical fiber connectivity for routers, troubleshooted basic network issues on-site, and initiated network enhancements that significantly reduced network downtime. Santhosh also successfully integrated networks and systems in a core site and was responsible for providing network diagrams using Visio. In 2016, they joined The QED Group as a Network Engineer.
