Seema Shah Chartered MCIPD has a background in human resources with experience working at The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education as a Senior Human Resources Officer. Prior to this, Seema took a career break to care for their young family. Seema has held various human resources roles at companies such as GL Education and TUI. Seema holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Middlesex University and a Bachelor of Music (Hons) from Cardiff University.
