Emily Silva Hockstra is a Mid-Life Career Change Coach and Author Mentor with extensive experience in guiding individuals to transition into purposeful careers after years in corporate environments. Established Soul's Adventures in 2014 to provide the clarity and confidence needed for mid-career changes, following a 15-year career in corporate roles. Hockstra has authored five bestselling books focused on meditation and personal growth, published by The Quarto Group since 2016. Previous experience includes the role of Key Account Executive at Enartis, where recognition was received as "Enartis Person of the Year 2012," and various positions at JP Morgan Chase, where achievements included ranking among the top sales personnel in Northern California. Hockstra holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University, Chico, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Mendocino College.
