Vee Silas

Vee Silas is a dynamic professional currently serving as a Communications Intern at MC-Zambia and a Kofi Annan Changemaker at the Kofi Annan Foundation, both since mid-2023. Vee has extensive experience in youth leadership with UNESCO APCEIU and holds a fellowship with MCW Global as a Young Leaders Fellow. As Communications Manager at The Guru Foundation, Vee bridges communication between the foundation and the public. Vee founded the In My Head Support Group, which addresses mental health concerns through telehealth and on-site services, and leads initiatives at the Forever Alive Foundation to support individuals overcoming depression. Previous roles include Administrative Officer at The Guru Foundation and Assistant Project Manager at The JO Foundation. Vee received education from the University of Calabar and completed training at Zerolimit Computer Institute from 2016 to 2017.
