Clare Easterlin

Clare Easterlin, SPHR, SHRM-CP, serves as Chief Risk Officer and Human Resources Operations Director at Queensborough National Bank and Trust Co. since June 2020. Previously, Clare held several roles at Balentine from August 2011 to April 2020, including Director of Human Capital, Director of Business Management, Operations Manager, and Operations Analyst. Clare’s early career included positions as a Human Resources Intern at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta and an Intern at MUST Ministries in 2010. Clare obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Spanish minor from The University of the South and an MBA in Finance from Kennesaw State University. Clare also completed the Georgia Banking School through the Georgia Bankers Association/University of Georgia and is currently attending the ABA Risk Management School.
