Sangita Shah

Sangita Shah currently serves as the Non-Executive Chair of Kinovo Group and has held this position since December 2014, along with various other significant roles in corporate governance, including Senior Independent Director at Inspired PLC and Non-Executive Chair of Remuneration and ESG Committees. Sangita is also a board member of The Quoted Companies Alliance and the Non-Executive Chair of RA International. As the Founder of Odyssean Enterprises Ltd, Sangita has established a strong presence in the corporate sector and has been actively involved with Windsor Leadership Trust as Chair, Facilitator, and Speaker since 2003. Educational qualifications include an MSc and BSc in Economics from the University of London, along with ACMA certification from CIMA and FCIJ designation from the Chartered Institute of Journalists.
