Sara D'Agostino is the owner of The R3finery, a position held since January 2020. Additionally, Sara has been a yoga instructor at Summit Area YMCA since January 2018, teaching Yoga Basics and Vinyasa Yoga. Sara's extensive experience in physical therapy includes roles as a per diem physical therapist at HealthPRO Heritage from January 2018 to February 2020, a physical therapist at Children's Specialized Hospital from September 2014 to July 2018, and other physical therapy positions from 2000 to 2013. Sara holds an MSPT degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, earned between 1997 and 1999, and a BA in Communication from The College of New Jersey, completed in 1995.

The R3finery is here to help you refine your movement, refine your mind and refine your life. Life takes a toll on our bodies and our minds. Learning to move in an intelligent and mindful way can help lessen that toll. Owners, Sara and Alix, are both Physical Therapists with a love for mindful (human) movement and over 30 collective years in the industry. Sara, also a yoga instructor, emphasizes the importance of being mindful in your movement practice to ensure safe and effective results. Alix, also a Pilates instructor, adds Pilates to her physical therapy practice, which has completely transformed how she can help her clients help themselves.
