Nicoletta is currently the Senior Vice President at The RADCO Companies ®, where Nicoletta leads the Equity & Debt Capital Markets and Hotel Acquisitions. Prior to this, Nicoletta held roles at Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. and Toll Brothers, gaining experience in acquisitions, development, and joint ventures. Nicoletta holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Villanova School of Business.
