Roo Rogers

Roo Rogers is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in leadership and venture creation. Currently serving as CEO of Utopia Capital Management since May 2023 and as Executive Chairperson and CEO of Founders Factory Africa since October 2018, Roo also holds the position of Managing Partner at The Radical Fund since July 2023. Previously, Roo was a Partner at fuseproject, where strategic innovation and design consultancy provided services to both Fortune 100 companies and emerging startups. As the Founder and President of Redscout Ventures, Roo blended creative venturing with business analysis to launch impactful ideas. Additionally, Roo founded OZOlab and OZOcar, focusing on sustainable businesses and innovation. Roo's educational background includes a BA from Columbia University in Political Science and Art History, a Master's degree from SOAS University of London in Development Economics and International Development, and a high school diploma from The American School in London.
