John Carl

John Carl has over 20 years of experience in real estate investments and acquisitions. John has held various leadership roles at firms such as The Rainier Companies, Marley Park Capital, BH Properties, Sarofim Realty Advisors, Trademark Property Company, Goldman, Sachs & Co. (Archon Capital), and Archon Group. John'sexpertise includes identifying mispriced assets, value-add acquisitions, distressed investment opportunities, and high-yield real estate debt investments.

John Carl earned their BA in Applied Mathematics and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2001. In 2020, they obtained a Texas Real Estate Sales Agent certification from TREC.
