Ken Dunn

Co-Founder & Principal at The Rainier Companies

Ken Dunn co-founded The Rainier Companies in 2003. Prior to Rainier, in 1993, Mr. Dunn co-founded Meridian Realty Advisors, a Dallas-based real estate investment firm. Mr. Dunn’s primary responsibilities at both firms have been acquisitions and capital formation. Since 1993, Mr. Dunn have been involved in real estate transactions totaling more than $3 billion in value, including multi-family, office, retail, hotels and skilled nursing facilities. From 1989 to 1993, Mr. Dunn was Executive Vice President of The Hampton Real Estate Group, responsible for asset management of a portfolio with a market value in excess of $1 billion. Mr. Dunn began his career in banking in 1982 and was a commercial loan officer with First National Bank in New Orleans and BancTexas in Dallas with experience in middle market, real estate and oil and gas lending. He earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Louisiana State University and an Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of Arkansas.
