Tim Nichols

Tim Nichols is Co-Founder of The Rainier Companies, brings over 30 years of real estate investment experience to the executive team. Mr. Nichols is involved in all facets of the organization, emphasizing acquisitions and capitalization strategies. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Georgia and his master’s degree in real estate with emphasis on valuation from Georgia State University.
