Melissa Magaliff

Melissa Magaliff is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in youth program management and aquatics. Currently serving as the Youth Activities and Aquatics Director at The Ranch Country Club since June 2022, Melissa oversees youth programs, summer camp, and family activities, ensuring financial goals are met and club standards are upheld. Previously, Melissa held the position of Summer Overnight Camp Director at YMCA Camp Duncan, where the focus was on developing and managing overnight camp programs while maintaining high-quality experiences for campers. Additional roles include Camp Director at Camp Misty Mountain with the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta and Director of Teens and Camp at YMCA Of Metro Atlanta. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts in Theater, a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences, and a Master of Science in Animal Sciences, Melissa has a solid educational foundation that complements a diverse skill set in youth leadership and program development.
