Shawn Lehmann

Shawn Lehmann, MS, CIP, is a Quality Assurance Specialist at The Ranch PA since February 2020 and has been self-employed as a consultant since September 2019. Prior experience includes serving as the HRPP and IRB Manager at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health from March 2018 to February 2020 and as the Institutional Review Board, Biosafety, and Research Compliance Manager at Swarthmore College from August 2015 to May 2018. Shawn has also held roles as a Research Consultant and Research Coordinator at The Renfrew Center, specializing in the coordination and analysis of research related to eating disorders and depression. Prior research experience includes positions as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Central Michigan University, along with a Research Intern role at WellSpan Health. Shawn holds a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from York College of Pennsylvania.
