Julie Babay

Julie Babay has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Julie is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Edu +, a company focused on content development and providing tools and services to organizations and individuals in Israel. Prior to this, Julie held the position of Head of Business Operations at The Rashi Foundation. Julie also has experience as a Youth Program Manager at Ashkelon Beach Regional Council, where they were responsible for establishing the center's infrastructure and overseeing organizational development. Earlier in their career, Julie worked as an Independent Consultant, specifically as the Director of the Matriculation Center and mentor of youth groups, where they provided guidance and support to the youth before their army service.

Julie Babay has a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Sapir College, which they completed from 2007 to 2009. Julie then pursued further education at The College of Management Academic Studies from 2013 to 2015, specializing in executive coaching within the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
