Dawn R. is a seasoned professional in behavioral health and operations management with extensive experience in addiction recovery nursing at Midwest Recovery Centers since October 2023. As Director of Operations at The Ravens Group, Inc. since 2013, and previously in healthcare services from 2009 to 2013, Dawn was specifically recruited to establish the first US Army Healthcare Hospitality program at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, significantly improving patient satisfaction. Earlier roles include serving as Director of Operations and Healthcare Training Director at Avascend Healthcare Hospitality, where Dawn managed operational aspects for 75 hospitals across the Western United States, and as Lead Medical Instructor at Wright Career College, facilitating a transition in academic formats for allied health programs.
