Janell Justice

Janell Justice has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality and construction industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Raymond Management Company since September 1998, Janell played a pivotal role in opening the Hampton Inn in Rogers, Arkansas, advancing from housekeeper to Assistant Lead within four months. Concurrently, Janell has held the position of Operations Manager at Homewood Suites Bentonville/Rogers since September 1998. Prior to this, Janell was the owner of Justice Construction from January 1982 to October 1998, where the company was co-owned and operated alongside Janell's husband, engaging directly in the work.
