Ammaron Lucas currently serves as Principal Consultant at The RBL Group, a position held since January 2018, where focus is placed on enhancing organizational impact through a research-driven, client-centered approach. Prior experience includes over a decade at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, culminating in the role of Head of HR for the Europe Area, where responsibilities included aligning HR strategies with business objectives and implementing talent management and change initiatives. Earlier roles within the organization involved regional HR management across multiple countries in Northern Europe and serving as a Human Resource Representative for the UK and Ireland. Ammaron Lucas holds an MBA from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Human Resource Management from the University of Central Lancashire.
