Dave Ulrich

Dave Ulrich is currently the Rensis Likert Professor at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a Co-Founder & Principal at The RBL Group. Dave won the Thinkers50 Leadership Awards in 2007 and has a Ph.D. in Organizations Theory from UCLA, as well as degrees in Organizational Behavior and University Studies from Brigham Young University.
