Julio Zelaya

Julio Zelaya is the Director of Business Development at The RBL Group, a global professional services firm founded by Dave Ulrich. Julio is also the Co-Founder of Escolaris_edu and Bright Domino. Julio holds a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Pennsylvania and has extensive post-doctorate education in management, entrepreneurship, and coaching.
