Norm Smallwood is the co-founder of The RBL Group, an education and consulting firm, where Norm focuses on clarifying strategy, building distinctive business capabilities, and increasing quality of leadership. Prior to this, Norm co-founded Novations Group Inc, a research and consulting company, and worked at Imperial Oil/Esso Resources as an OE Advisor. Norm also has a background in Organization Effectiveness at Procter & Gamble. Norm holds a MOB in Organization Behavior from Brigham Young University.
