Andy Knight

Andy Knight has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Andy started their career in the Australian Defence Force as a Warrant Officer and served for almost 18 years. Later, they worked as a Site Clinic Manager & Paramedic/HSE Advisor for International SOS in the Oyu Tolgoi Project in Mongolia. Andy then joined Songa Offshore as a Safety & Training Advisor. Currently, Andy holds a Vice President position at The REACH Group, where they oversee service lines such as World Class Safety Culture and Leadership Development. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Manager responsible for project implementation and success, cultural assessments, and leadership. Earlier in their career, Andy also worked as a Team Lead, supervising multiple offshore projects and implementing performance improvement culture and processes for the upstream oil and gas industry.

Andy Knight earned a Diploma of Occupational Health & Safety from Australasian College of Health & Safety in 2009. From 2020 to 2022, they attended the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (CIEHF) & Energy Institute UK, where they obtained a degree in Human Performance.
