Linda Ball

Linda Ball is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently serving as Owner Principal of The Real Estate Book, Linda has also held the position of Account Executive at Cinch Home Services since September 2019. Active with the Greensboro Builders Association since 2009 as Secretary to the Executive Committee, Linda began as a Sales Representative with The Real Estate Book in 1987, accumulating over 22 years in this role. Additionally, Linda has been a Sales Representative for The Real Estate Book of Greensboro under NCI and Network Communications, Inc. since 1987. Prior experience includes serving as MLS Coordinator at Offutt Publishing from April 1976 to September 1986, focusing on MLS systems for various Boards of Realtors across the country. Linda holds a BA in Design from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, obtained from 1972 to 1976.
