Chef Teresa Ruiz

Chef Teresa Ruiz is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in teaching and promoting healthy cooking practices. Currently serving as a Chef Instructor at both Vegetables' N More and The Real Food Academy since 2017, Chef Teresa focuses on engaging children and seniors in exploring new flavors and cooking techniques with an emphasis on organic, local ingredients and healthy lifestyles. Previously, Chef Teresa shared culinary skills and nutritional knowledge as a self-employed chef and was actively involved in culinary instruction at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward. Chef Teresa holds certifications in Culinary Arts and Restaurant/Food Services Management from Mc Fatter Technical College, along with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
