Allison Bohannon

Allison Bohannon currently serves as the Director of Production Strategy at The RealReal, a position held since April 2022. Previously, Allison was employed at Stitch Fix from September 2016 to September 2021 as the Senior Manager of Warehouse Operations, focusing on strategy and industrial engineering, where comprehensive strategic planning and financial management for warehouse operations were led. Collaborating with multiple departments, including Product Management and Data Science, was crucial in developing strategic plans and prioritizing initiatives. Prior to this, Allison worked as a Senior Consultant at Kurt Salmon from January 2012 to August 2016, enhancing warehouse strategy and operations. Academically, Allison holds degrees in History, Technology, and Society, as well as in Industrial Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
